Karachi, Apna Microfinance Bank Ltd. has been allowed an extension by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) for its Annual General Meeting (AGM). The bank is now required to hold its AGM by May 29, 2024, for the year ending December 31, 2023. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the extension provides the bank extra time to prepare its annual financial statements and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
