Karachi, Apna Microfinance Bank Ltd has been granted an extension by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan to hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM). The bank now has until May 29, 2024, to conduct its AGM, originally due after the fiscal year-end on December 31, 2023.
