Arif Habib Investments Limited’s board meeting / closed period

Karachi: With reference to the above cited subject, this is to inform you that meeting of the Board of Directors of Arif Habib Investments Limited (AHI) will be held on Thursday, March 29, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. at MCB House, 15 Main Gulberg, Lahore, to consider and approve interim distribution of dividend of following Collective Investment Schemes (CIS) under its management:

1. Pakistan Income Fund
2. Metro-Bank Pakistan Sovereign Fund
3. MCB Dynamic Cash Fund
4. MCB Islamic Income Fund
5. MCB Cash Management Optimizer

Further it is hereby notified that in compliance with clause xxvi of the Code of Corporate Governance, closed period is hereby determined from March 22, 2012 to March 29, 2012 (both clays inclusive) for the above mentioned listed CIS under management prior to the announcement of dividend for the period ended March 28, 2012.
