Karachi, September 14, 2012 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that meeting of the Board of Directors of Artistic Denim Mills Limited (ADMM), is scheduled to be held on Monday, September 24, 2012 at 1400 hours at Registered office, Plot No. 5-9, 23-26, Sector 16, Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi to consider the financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2012.

Notice of Closed Period

In compliance with Code of Corporate Governance and Listing Regulation of Karachi Stock Exchange (G) Limited, the Company has declared a Closed Period from September 17, 2012 to September 24, 2012. No Director, CEO or Executive of the Company shall, directly or indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during this period.
