Karachi, October 8, 2012 (PPI-OT): Notice is hereby given that the 20th Annual General Meeting of Aruj Garment Accessories Limited (ARUJ), will be held on Wednesday 31st October 2012 at 9:00 a.m. at the Registered Office of the Company at 2-KM Off Raiwind Manga Road, Raiwind, Lahore to transact the following business:-
1) To confirm the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting of the Company.
2) To consider, approve and adopt the annual audited accounts of the Company for the year ending 30 June, 2012 together with the Directors/ Auditors reports thereon.
3) To appoint auditors for the year ending 30th June 2013 and to fix their remuneration. The present auditors M/s Qadeer and Company Chartered Accountants, being eligible, have offered themselves for re-appointment.
4) To transact any other business with the permission of the Chair.
Notes:
1. A member eligible to attend and vote at the meeting may appoint another member as his/her proxy to attend and vote instead of him/ her. Proxies must be received at the Company’s Registered Office not later than 48 hours before the time of holding of the meeting.
2. The Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 24 October, to 31 October, 2012 (both days inclusive).
3. Shareholders are requested to immediately notify the change in their address, if any.
