Askari Bank to Distribute 14th Quarterly Profit Payment on TFC-VII Issue

Karachi, Askari Bank Limited has announced the forthcoming distribution of the 14th quarterly profit payment on its Rated, Unsecured, OTC Listed Perpetual Term Finance Certificates (TFC-VII) Issue. The TFC-VII, valued at Rs. 6,000 Million, was issued on March 17, 2020, and has been a significant financial instrument for the bank.

The profit payment, scheduled for September 17, 2023, represents yet another successful quarter for the bank, showcasing its commitment to providing attractive returns to its TFC-VII certificate holders.

To facilitate the distribution process, Askari Bank Limited has declared that the transfer books related to this TFC-VII issue will remain closed from September 8, 2023, to September 15, 2023, both days inclusive.
