Karachi, Atlas Asset Management Limited has issued a notice regarding the book closure of several funds under their management. The details of the book closure are as follows:
Atlas Money Market Fund (AMF)
Atlas Liquid Fund (ALF)
Atlas Sovereign Fund (ASF)
Atlas Income Fund (AIF)
Atlas Stock Market Fund (ASMF)
Atlas Islamic Money Market Fund (AIMF)
Atlas Islamic Income Fund (AIIF)
Atlas Islamic Stock Fund (AISF)
Atlas Islamic Fund of Funds (AIFOF)
Atlas Islamic Dedicated Stock Fund (AIDSF)
The register of unit holders for these funds will remain closed on July 03, 2023. Unit holders whose names appear in the register at the close of business on June 30, 2023, which is the last business day for the fiscal year 2022-23, will be entitled to the final distribution, if any, for the year ending June 30, 2023. The final distribution will be subject to approval by the Board of Directors of Atlas Asset Management Limited, the Management Company of the aforementioned funds.
During the book closure period, transactions in units of all the mentioned funds will be suspended. Normal trading and transactions will resume from July 04, 2023. Atlas Asset Management Limited advises unit holders to take note of the book closure dates and ensure that their names are included in the register for eligibility to receive the final distribution, if applicable.
