Karachi, Atlas Insurance Limited has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting for April 26, 2024, at 11:30 am. The meeting will occur at Federation House Clifton, Karachi and will include a video link. The primary agenda is to consider the un-audited financial statements for the first quarter, which ended on March 31, 2024.
In compliance with Clause 5.6.1(d) of the PSX Rule Book, Atlas Insurance has also declared a “Closed Period” from April 19, 2024, to April 26, 2024. During this time, no director, CEO, or executive is permitted to directly or indirectly deal in the company’s shares.
