ATLAS INSURANCE TO REVIEW MID-YEAR FINANCIALS IN UPCOMING BOARD MEETING

Karachi: Atlas Insurance Limited has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting for 27 August 2024 to review the company’s unaudited financial statements for the half-year ending on 30 June 2024. The meeting will be conducted via video link.

In preparation for this meeting, the company has instituted a “Closed Period” from 20 August 2024 to 27 August 2024, during which no director, CEO, or executive is permitted to trade the company’s shares. This restriction is in compliance with Clause 5.6.1(d) of the PSX Rule Book, designed to prevent insider trading ahead of the disclosure of financial results.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), these procedural safeguards are in place to maintain the integrity of the financial markets and ensure all stakeholders are on equal footing when significant financial disclosures are made.
