Attock Cement Pakistan Limited Announces Board Meeting to Review Annual Accounts

Rawalpindi: Attock Cement Pakistan Limited has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting for September 2, 2024, to review and possibly declare entitlements based on the annual accounts for the period ending June 2024.

The company has initiated a Closed Period starting from August 7, 2024, until the date of the meeting, in compliance with section 5.6.1(d) of the Pakistan Stock Exchange Regulations. During this period, directors, the CEO, and executives are prohibited from buying or selling company shares, either directly or indirectly.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the purpose of this meeting is to finalize and consider the financial outcomes of the fiscal period concluded in June 2024. The outcomes of this meeting could potentially include decisions on shareholder entitlements such as dividends or other distributions, reflecting the company’s performance over the fiscal period.

The TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange have been notified of the upcoming board meeting and the associated Closed Period as per regulatory requirements.
