Attock Petroleum Reschedules Board Meeting

Karachi: Attock Petroleum Limited has rescheduled its upcoming Board of Directors meeting. Initially set for 2:00 p.m. on September 02, 2024, the meeting will now take place at 10:00 a.m. on the same day.
The company had earlier announced a “Closed Period” from August 07, 2024, to September 02, 2024, as per clause 5.6.4 of the Rule Book of the Pakistan Stock Exchange. During this period, no Director, CEO, or Executive of the company is permitted to engage, directly or indirectly, in any transactions involving the company’s shares.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the change in schedule has been communicated to ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements.
The exchange has been advised to inform the certificate holders of the rescheduled meeting accordingly.
