Karachi: This is to inform you that the 111th meeting of the Board of Directors of the Baluchistan Wheels Limited (BWHL) will be held at 10:30 am. on Tuesday the April 24, 2012 at Company’s Head Office, 1st floor, State Life Building # 3, Dr. Ziauddin Ahmed Road, Karachi to consider the 3rd Quarterly (un-audited) Accounts for the period ended March 31, 2012.

The closed period for the purpose of Regulation No. 37 (XXVI) of the code of Corporate Governance is April 16,2012 to April 24, 2012 (both days inclusive), no Director. CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly deal in the shares of the Company in any manner daring the Closed period.
