Bangladesh Seeks Sindh Govt’s Support to Launch Safe City Project

Karachi: Bangladesh’s Senior Secretary of Home Affairs, Nasimul Ghani, met with Sindh Chief Minister, Syed Murad Ali Shah, in Karachi on Thursday. Their discussions focused on enhancing connectivity and cooperation between the two regions.

According to Radio Pakistan, the meeting addressed the possibility of establishing direct flights from Karachi to Bangladesh, as well as initiating a shipping service between the two countries. Furthermore, Nasimul Ghani expressed Bangladesh’s interest in collaborating with the Sindh government to launch a safe city project in Bangladesh.

The initiative aims to enhance security and urban management in Bangladesh by leveraging the experience and expertise of the Sindh government in similar endeavors. The discussions highlighted the mutual benefits of strengthening ties and fostering cooperative projects between Bangladesh and Sindh.
