Karachi: Bank Alfalah Limited has declared the issuance of a perpetual TFC, designated BALTFC8, with a market lot size of one and a face value of PKR 5,000. The profit rate of the certificate is linked to the 6-month KIBOR plus 2.00%. The total issue size is PKR 7,000,000,000, identical to the outstanding principal. The next coupon payment is anticipated on 21st December 2023.
