Basant Festival Celebrations Continue Across Lahore with Enthusiasm

Lahore: Basant festival celebrations continue across Lahore with great enthusiasm for the third consecutive day today. The city remains vibrant and lively as citizens actively take part in the traditional festivities.

According to Radio Pakistan, joining the festivities, Pakistan Muslim League-N President Nawaz Sharif celebrated the occasion alongside friends and a delegation of overseas Pakistanis in the heart of the historic Walled City. Foreign citizens also joined the kite flying and were seen flying kites in different parts of the city. They welcomed the decision to celebrate Basant in Lahore, terming their experience memorable.

Representatives of twenty different international media houses are in Lahore to cover the Basant festival.
