Beautification of district Karachi central is in full swing

Karachi, August 10, 2018 (PPI-OT): The beautification of district Karachi central is in full swing as green belts islands and roundabout are being cleaned. The DMC central chairman Rehan Hashmi has advised the staff to make best efforts to beatify the area before August 14. The horticulture department was busy in trimming the trees so that island and green belts could give a good look.

Hashmi has said August 14 will be celebrated with great enthusiasm and national spirit. Chairman also visited Nazimabad. North Nazimabad and North Karachi and also removed all the hurdles which could speed up the green bus service for which Sindh chief secretary has issued instructions to gear up the green line bus process. Chairman during a visit on Friday advised to remove all kind of hurdles so that BRTS could be completed as soon as possible. Hashmi noted with concern that delay in BRTS system was causing hardships to the people.
