Lahore, Dr. Usman Anwar, Inspector General of Police Punjab, visited Nishtar Hospital in Multan to check on officers wounded in a recent terrorist attack at the Jhangi (Hazrat Umar Farooq) check post in Dera Ghazi Khan.
According to Punjab Police, Dr. Anwar commended the courage of the injured officials and emphasized that the Punjab Police is ready to counter any act of terrorism. He also directed that all necessary medical facilities be provided to the injured.
