Bench, Bar should work hard for dispensation of prompt justice: CJP

Chief Justice of Pakistan, Justice Gulzar Ahmed, has said that Bench and Bar being integral part of judicial system, should work hard for dispensation of prompt justice and relief to the aggrieved parties.

He expressed these views in a meeting with a 12 member delegation of High Court Bar Association Rawalpindi, headed by its President Sardar Abdul Raziq Khan, who called on him at the Supreme Court in Islamabad today (Tuesday).

The Chief Justice asked the lawyers to must uphold dignity, integrity, respect, honour and sanctity of the profession by pleading cases on merit.
