Karachi, September 14, 2012 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, 24th September, 2012 at the registered office of the company i.e. Umer House, 23/1, Sector 23, S. M. Farooq Road, Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi to consider the annual financial statements for the year ended 30th June, 2012, declaration of any entitlement and any other corporate action.
The closed period as per the requirements of Regulation No. 37 (xxvi) of the Code of Corporate Governance have been intimated to all directors, chief executive and other executives restricted them from dealing in the shares of company directly or indirectly during the closed period. The close period for the Board meeting schedule on 24th September 2012 starts from 17th September 2012 till 24th September, 2012.
