Board meeting of Al-Abbas Sugar Mills Limited will be held on November 12, 2015

Karachi: Al-Abbas Sugar Mills Limited informed Karachi Stock Exchange that board of directors meeting of the company will be held on November 12, 2015 at Karachi. The agenda of the meeting is to consider and approve the appointment of Cost Auditor, the Revenue and Capital Budget for the ensuring year and to discuss the fixation of number of directors to be elected in forthcoming Annual general Meeting.

Further, the Company has declared the closed period from November 06, 2015 to November 12, 2015.
