Board meeting of First UDL Modaraba will be held on February 26, 2016

Karachi: First UDL Modaraba informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that board of directors meeting of the company will be held on February 26, 2016 at Karachi. The agenda of the meeting is to consider Half Yearly Accounts for period ended December 2015 for declaration of any entitlement.

Further, the company has declared closed period from February 20, 2016 to February 26, 2016.
