Karachi: Globe Textile Mills (OE) Limited informed Karachi Stock Exchange that board of directors meeting of the company will be held on November 23, 2015 at Registered Office. The agenda of the meeting is to review the prevailing market conditions of Textile Industry and closure of mill since November 16, 2015.

Further, the Company has declared the closed period from November 16, 2015 to November 23, 2015.
