Karachi: Khalid Siraj Textile Mills Limited informed Karachi Stock Exchange that board of directors meeting of the company will be held on October 28, 2015 at Lahore. The agenda of the meeting is to consider Quarterly Accounts for period ended September 30, 2015 for declaration of any entitlement.

Further, the Company has declared the closed period from October 21, 2015 to Octobr 28, 2015.
