Board meeting of Zil Limited will be held on August 27, 2015

Karachi: Zil Limited informed Karachi Stock Exchange that board of directors meeting of the company will be held on August 27, 2015 at Karachi. The agenda of the meeting is to consider Quarterly Accounts for period ended June, 2015 for declaration of any entitlement.

Further, the Company has declared the Close Period from August 19, 2015 to August 27, 2015.
