Karachi, Cnergyico Pk Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that board of directors meeting of the company will be held on March 31, 2023 at Karachi to consider the issuance and allotment of 163,562,865 ordinary shares of the Company to the Company.

Further, the company has declared the closed period from March 25, 2023 to March 31, 2023.

Cnergyico Pk Limited was incorporated in Pakistan as a public limited company on 09 January 1995 under the repealed Companies Ordinance, 1984. The Company currently operates two business segments namely Oil Refinery Business and Petroleum Marketing Business. Petroleum Marketing Business was formally launched in 2007.
