Board Meeting other than Financial Result of Shahtaj Textile Limited

Karachi, Shahtaj Textile Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that board of directors meeting of the company will be held on January 11, 2021, Mr. Muneer Nawaz is elected as Chairman of Board of Directors and Mr. M. Naeem is re-appointed as Chief Executive of the Company with effect from January 01, 2021 for a period of three years. Board also constituted Audit and Human Resource and Remuneration Committees of the Board for the tenure 2021-2023.

The principal business activity of the company includes the manufacture and sale of textile goods. The shares of the company are quoted on Karachi and Lahore Stock Exchanges of Pakistan. The registered office of  the company is located at Lahore. The manufacturing facility of the company is located in Lahore, Distt. Kasur Karachi.
