Karachi, Dadabhoy Sack Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that board of directors meeting of the company will be held on March 01, 2023 at Karachi. The agenda of the meeting will to consider the Quarterly Accounts for the period ended December 31, 2022.

Dadabhoy Sack Limited, formerly known as Paper Pro Industries Limited, is a kraft paper sack manufacturer catering the needs of packaging in cement industries. Dadabhoy Sack Limited is a public limited company, capable of producing 45,000 paper sacks per shift or 150,000 sacks per day. The plant is located on the main Super Highway adjacent to Dadabhoy Cement Industries

Trading in shares of the Company was suspended by the Stock Exchanges on April 13,2015 due to non-compliance with respect to PSX regulations

The total number of shares the company has introduced are 4,000,000. The Earning Per Share in 2020 is (2.83) which was (3.04) in 2019. The company had a loss of Rs. 11,305,000 compare to a loss of Rs. 12,162,000 in 2019.
