Cadet Sacrifices Life to Thwart Attack on Lakki Marwat Mosque

Lakki Marwat: During the Maghrib prayers on October 25, a Mosque in the District of Lakki Marwat was the target of an attack by armed assailants identified as Khwarij. Gentleman Cadet Arif Ullah, who was on leave from the Pakistan Military Academy in Kakul, was present during the attack and responded to the assailants, sacrificing his life to protect fellow worshippers.

According to Inter Services Public Relations, the incident occurred when the Khwarij began firing indiscriminately inside the mosque. Cadet Ullah, a 19-year-old resident of Lakki Marwat, engaged the attackers, ultimately facing martyrdom in his effort to save numerous lives.
