Cadets Graduate in Impressive Ceremony at Pakistan Military Academy, Kakul

Abbottabad: A significant passing out parade of cadets was held at Pakistan Military Academy Kakul on19 October 2024. The ceremony marked the graduation of the 150th PMA Long Course, 69th Integrated Course, 24th Lady Cadet Course, and 36th Technical Graduate Course. Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee, General Sahir Shamshad Mirza, graced the event as the chief guest.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, cadets from several friendly countries including Iraq, Jordan, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Palestine, Sudan, and Yemen also completed their training. The event highlighted the international collaboration and camaraderie fostered at the academy.

The parade was reviewed by General Mirza, who also presented awards to the distinguished cadets. Among the awardees, Battalion Senior Under Officer Abdullah Afzal received the coveted Sword of Honour. Additionally, Battalion Senior Under Officer Babar Ullah Aman of the 150th PMA Long Course was honored with the President’s Gold Medal, recognizing their outstanding achievements and leadership.
