Rawalpindi: Chief of Staff Bahrain National Guard Lieutenant General Shaikh Abdulaziz Saud Mubarak Al-Khalifa met with Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee General Sahir Shamshad Mirza at the Joint Staff Headquarters in Rawalpindi.
According to Radio Pakistan, the discussions between the two military leaders focused on the evolving regional environment and pertinent security issues. They explored ways to enhance the scope and depth of existing bilateral military engagements and cooperation between Pakistan and Bahrain.
The dignitary from Bahrain praised the professionalism of the Pakistan Armed Forces and acknowledged their sacrifices in the fight against terrorism.
