CJCSC Lauds Navy’s Resolve to Safeguard Maritime Frontiers

Islamabad: Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee, General Sahir Shamshad Mirza, has appreciated Pakistan Navy’s combat readiness and commended its steadfast resolve to safeguard the nation’s maritime frontiers. He made these remarks during a farewell visit to Naval Headquarters in Islamabad today.

According to Radio Pakistan, during the visit, General Mirza also met with Naval Chief Admiral Naveed Ashraf. The Naval Chief commended the outgoing CJCSC for his pivotal role in strengthening jointness among the Tri-Services.

Earlier, upon arrival at Naval Headquarters, a smartly turned-out contingent presented a guard of honour to the Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee.
