Karachi, January 28, 2013 (PPI-OT): Reference to our earlier letter no. FA/IL/MIC/1101 dated 11th January 2013 titled Board of Directors Meeting, it is to inform you that on account of unforeseen engagement of our Directors in overseas meeting ,it would not be possible for us to held our Board of Directors (BOD) meeting on the earlier mentioned date i.e. 31 January 2013. The revised date of BOD meeting along with the close period will be notified to you in due course. The fax will be followed by a hard copy of letter of confirmation.
