Apna Microfinance Bank Receives SECP Extension for Annual Meeting

Karachi, Apna Microfinance Bank Limited has been granted an extension by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) for holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM), which is now scheduled for May 29, 2024. The meeting will cover the financial period ending December 31, 2023. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), this extension will allow the bank to adequately prepare and review their yearly financial disclosures.
