Karachi: We are pleased to inform you that the Board of Directors has re-appointed Ms. Mujtaba Rahim as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from 1 April 2012.
As per the agreed terms and condition Mr. Mujtaba Rahim will be entitled to a managerial remuneration of Rs.17.7 million per annum in addition to the perquisites and other entitlements arising under his contract of employment with the Company, including bonus, transportation, medical expenses, retirement benefits and such other benefits as per ‘Company’s policies and service rules.
The above remuneration shall be subject to such increments, bonuses, adjustments and other entitlements as many be granted at any time and from time to time by the Board of Directors of the Company and/or in accordance with the policies and service Ru1e of the Company for the time being in force,
