CM Punjab Encourages Japanese Giant Morinaga to Invest in Dairy Sector

Tokyo: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has extended an invitation to the Japanese company, Morinaga, to invest in the dairy sector of Punjab. This initiative was part of her visit to Morinaga’s headquarters and production plant in Japan, where she explored various departments of the milk industry giant.

According to Radio Pakistan, the visit also resulted in an agreement for cooperation in animal breeding and the production of high-quality meat. Maryam Nawaz emphasized the Punjab government’s commitment to providing full support to Morinaga in expanding its dairy-related operations within the province.

During discussions, Maryam Nawaz highlighted the critical role of infant formula in the physical and mental development of children, underscoring its importance in the region.
