CM Sindh Directs Authorities to Accelerate Drainage Efforts in Karachi

Islamabad: Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah has directed authorities concerned to accelerate efforts of drainage rainwater from Karachi. He was presiding over a meeting in Karachi today to review the rehabilitation efforts after the heavy rainfall in the city.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Chief Minister urged citizens to stay indoors as the Pakistan Meteorological Department has predicted more rain in the city. Later, Syed Murad Ali Shah took a city’s tour and monitored the ongoing dewatering, rescue, and rehabilitation efforts in the city.
