Karachi, Cnergyico PK Limited has announced that its Board of Directors will convene a meeting on July 26, 2023, in Karachi to discuss matters other than financial results.

In compliance with Clause 5.6.1d) of PSX Regulations, the company has declared a “Closed Period” from July 22 to July 26, 2023. During this period, no Director, CEO, or Executive shall be allowed to deal, directly or indirectly, in the shares of the company in any manner.
