Coalition partners of provincial government discuss suggestions about proposed Sindh Local Government Ordinance 2012

Karachi, September 05, 2012 (PPI-OT): The coalition partners of provincial government viz PML (F), ANP and PML (Q) were today taken on Board and their view points, proposals and suggestions with regard to draft of Sindh Local Government Ordinance 2012 were discussed in detail by a senior member of PPP Core Committee Pir Mazharul Haq at C.M House.

The meeting was attended by Mr. Imtiaz Shaikh of PML (F); Mr. Amir Nawab, Rana Gul Afridi and Altaf Khan of ANP; and Mr. Haleem Adil Shaikh of PML(Q). Pir Mazharul Haq said that the draft ordinance has previously been discussed with all coalition partners and before finalization all coalition partners of government will be taken into confidence. Mr. Imtiaz Shaikh, Mr. Ameer Nawab and Mr. Haleem Adil Shaikh presented their view points and proposed certain amendments; and hoped that the same will be accommodated accordingly.
