Karachi, January 21, 2013 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday 28 January 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at the Registered Office of the Company at Lakson Square, Building No. 2, Sarwar Shaheed Road, Karachi to consider among other things the un-audited financial statements duly reviewed by the Auditors of the Company for the half-year ended 31 December 2012.
The Company has declared the “Closed Period” from 21 January 2013 to 28 January 2013 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause (xxiii) of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulation No. 35 of the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly/ indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
