Karachi, Pakistan International Airlines Corp has received an extension from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) to hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the year ending December 31, 2023. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the new deadline for the AGM is now set for May 29, 2024. This extension allows the airline additional time to prepare and finalize its annual financial statements and other related documents.
