Karachi: Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 6th October, 2011 at 1500 Hrs at Company’s Registered Office 125 Murree Road, Rawalpindi to consider and approve the Annual Accounts of the Company for the year ended 30th June, 2011.
The Company has declared the “Closed Period” from 30th September, 2011to 6th October, 2011 as required under Clause (xxvi) of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulation # 37 of the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the closed period.
