Compensation Cheques Distributed to Tarlai Blast Martyrs’ Families

Islamabad: The cheques for compensation announced by Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif for the families of the martyrs of the terrorist attack at Khadijatul Kubra Imambargah, Islamabad have been distributed. The heirs of thirty-six martyrs from Islamabad were handed the compensation cheques. Each martyr’s family received a cheque of five million rupees.

According to Radio Pakistan, cheques are also being distributed to the families of four martyrs from Taunsa Sharif, Talagang, Astore, and Skardu. The Prime Minister had announced the compensation of five million rupees for each martyr’s family during his visit to the Imambargah on the 11th of this month.
