Srinagar, January 12, 2013 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, the veteran Kashmiri Hurriyet leader, Syed Ali Gilani has expressed serious concern over the new discovery of unmarked graves in the territory. Syed Ali Gilani in a statement issued from New York said that such violations of human rights would continue to take place till presence of last Indian trooper in the territory. He also denounced India and its puppet regime in the occupied territory for not releasing the illegally detained Hurriyet leader, Musarrat Aalam Butt despite court orders.
Meanwhile, the All Parties Hurriyet Conference (APHC) spokesman in his statement issued is Srinagar, while expressing concern over the new discovery of unmarked graves in occupied Kashmir, said that such inhuman acts would continue to take place till the resolution of Kashmir dispute.
He said that India had promised with Kashmiris that they would be given their birthright to self-determination but despite the passage of more than six decades the dispute yet to be settled. The spokesman urged the international human rights organisations to take cognisance of the matter and put pressure on India to settle the long pending Kashmir dispute so that permanent peace could be established in the territory.
