Dawood Lawrencepur Limited Secures SECP Approval for AGM Delay

Karachi, Dawood Lawrencepur Limited has obtained an extension from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) to delay its annual general meeting (AGM). Initially due following the end of its financial year on December 31, 2023, the AGM will now be held no later than May 29, 2024. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the extension was granted to facilitate thorough preparation and compliance with financial reporting obligations.
