Consensus Reached on Constitutional Amendments in Pakistan

Islamabad: Chairman of the Pakistan Peoples Party, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, announced that a consensus has been reached within the special parliamentary committee concerning constitutional amendments. This development was shared during a joint parliamentary party meeting.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Bilawal Bhutto emphasized his party’s commitment to the ratification of these amendments in parliament. He noted that the Pakistan Peoples Party, Pakistan Muslim League (N), and Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI) are in agreement on the proposed draft amendments.
