Coordinated Strategy of Govt, Military Leadership Strengthen Pakistan’s Global Position

Islamabad: The coordinated strategy of the government and military leadership has strengthened Pakistan’s global position and convinced the world to recognize Pakistan’s sacrifices, foresightedness, and vision. The victory in the Marka-e-Haq recognized Pakistan as a dignified and responsible state not only in the military domain but also on the diplomatic front.

According to Radio Pakistan, the bold and effective response against the enemy’s unprovoked aggression made Pakistan an invincible force. Pakistan’s role during Marka-e-Haq has emerged as the Net Regional Stabilizer for regional peace. Following victory in Marka-e-Haq, the government and military leadership jointly highlighted Pakistan’s narrative at the global level, giving a new dimension to defense, economic, and strategic partnerships through visits to important countries.

The United States recognized Pakistan’s role, and President Donald Trump described Pakistan as a peace-loving and responsible country. A lavish banquet was arranged in honor of Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir at the White House during his important visits to the United States. The meetings of Pakistan’s military leadership with the US military and political leadership are a testament to new avenues for confidence-building and cooperation against terrorism. The US Central Command Chief, General Michael Corella, also praised Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir for his role in strengthening military cooperation.

At the government level, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif also undertook several important foreign visits. The Prime Minister is currently in Tianjin, China, to participate in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Summit. Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar also played an effective role on the diplomatic front. Bilawal Bhutto Zardari played an important role too in highlighting Pakistan’s stance at the global level.

India’s attempts to include Pakistan in the grey list failed due to Pakistan’s excellent government and military diplomacy. Pakistan, through a combination of its military power and diplomatic strategy, has convinced the world that it is a responsible, peace-loving, and regionally stable country and will never compromise on its security and sovereignty.
