Court Sentences PTI Founder, Wife to 17 Years in Toshakhana-2 Case

Rawalpindi: A court in Rawalpindi has sentenced PTI founder and his wife to seventeen years imprisonment in Toshakhana-2 case. The verdict was delivered by Special Judge Central Shahrukh Arjumand.

According to Radio Pakistan, the PTI founder and his wife were awarded ten years rigorous imprisonment under Section 409 and seven years under Section 5(2)47 of the Prevention of Corruption Act.
