WB Approves $700m for Macroeconomic Stability in Pakistan

Islamabad: The World Bank has approved seven hundred million dollars in financing to support macroeconomic stability in Pakistan. According to a press release of World Bank issued today, six hundred million rupees have been approved for federal programs and one hundred million dollars for the Sindh provincial program.

According to Radio Pakistan, Bolormaa Amgaabazar, stated that Pakistan’s path to inclusive, sustainable growth requires mobilizing more domestic resources and ensuring they are used efficiently and transparently to deliver results for people. She emphasized the World Bank’s collaboration with the Federal and Sindh governments to deliver tangible impacts.
