Crescent Fibres Limited’s board of directors meeting

Karachi: The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday October 04, 2011 at 12.00 noon at Karachi Office of the Company, 7th Floor, Lakson Square # 3, Sarwar Shaheed Road, Karachi to consider and approve the annual accounts for the year ended 30th June, 2011 and other related matters.

As per clause XXVI of Code of Corporate Governance, we inform you that the Company has determined a closed period from September 27, 2011 to October 04, 2011. No Director, Chief Executive or Executive of the Company shall directly or indirectly deal in shares of the Company in any manner during the closed period.
