Karachi: The Exchange Companies Association of Pakistan reported minor fluctuations in currency exchange rates on Tuesday. The association’s data indicated shifts in the buying and selling rates of several foreign currencies against the Pakistani Rupee.
The U.S. Dollar (USD) saw a buying rate of 279.74 and a selling rate of 281.96. The Euro (EUR) was recorded at a buying rate of 305.25 and a selling rate of 308.61. The British Pound (GBP) had a buying rate of 356.16 and a selling rate of 360.05.
The Japanese Yen (JPY) reflected a buying rate of 1.86 and a selling rate of 1.91. The United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) showed a buying rate of 76.03 and a selling rate of 76.72, while the Saudi Riyal (SR) had a buying rate of 74.25 and a selling rate of 74.92.
In the interbank market, the U.S. Dollar was pegged at a buying rate of 280.72 and a selling rate of 280.92.
